Accounting Module
Accounting Module is used to manage separate accounting instances for each Partner in the Information System. Each instance can contain its own independent chart of accounts and be set for its own currency.

Comprehensive list of reports. The default look of the accounting instance is the set of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement reports.

Import accounting transactions records from Bank Statements, Payrolls, Sales and Purchase Invoices. No need to enter data manually if it has been entered before somewhere else.

Lock accounting transactions by Revising. It is very useful for auditors to lock transaction for editing if they have already approved it.

Lock Period. If auditors had revised a certain period they can set a date so no transactions can be edited, deleted or inserted prior this date.

Automation by Schedule. Create re-occurring event to schedule automatic transaction creation. It saves time on creating payroll transactions, monthly payments and annual fees. The system will notify the accountant with email or SMS.

VAT Return report is available by default.

Currency translation. Fast switch all accounting reports to display in different currencies with 3-last-monthes average rate. Useful to present to cross-border companies.

Basic stock items control. Use quantity of items in purchase-sale transactions with FIFO method. Useful for trading shares and bonds.

No transaction without document. Drag-and-drop supporting documents directly from your desktop to transaction. Control un-documented transactions with special report.

Close year with one click. If all translations in the period are revised and locked toy system can make closing-year transaction.

Reports in any format. All reports are displayed as HTML page. But you can download them in PDF, XLSX or CSV format files.

Clone any instance. You can clone any instance of the accounting to experiment with. Or keep multiple accounting instances for different projects.
