DAC6 Reporting Module
DAC6 Reporting Module is developed to help Service Administration Providers conform the EU Directive 2018/822.
How it works in Finsola IMS:
1
Finsola IMS applies Main benefit tests against new Documents, Clients Requests, Transactions and Events entered using DAC6 Hallmarks suitable for Cyprus ASP companies. It recognises footprints of different arrangements that may fall under certain Hallmark.
2
In case if the Main Benefit Test recognises an event or transaction as a case to be reported it generates a template of DAC6-message record with all relevant data gathered from transaction. This record has to be reported or resolved.
3
In case if a transaction was wrongly identified to be reported user must resolve this message with comments describing the reason why not to report the case.
4
Otherwise user must review DAC6-message and amend with missing data if needed.
5
Once the message is reviewed the System will generate XML file that has to be submitted to Tax Authority via ARIADNE portal.
6
After the file is submitted user must update the DAC6-message record with date of send and submission status.
