Plan payments. The algorithm is analysing the terms of each loan to generate plan of repayments and maturity periods with interest to be paid.

Actual repayments calendar. Calculates all interests for all periods between payments.

Addendums support. Update the terms of loan agreement with addendums to change the interest rates at different time periods or to extend the terms of the loan agreement, or increase/decrease landed amount.

Loan Agreement generation. System generates DOCX agreement by template.

Interbank Rates. System supports any Interbank Interest Rates with common maturity periods including LIBOR and EURIBOR.

Import Data. Module can import rates, transactions, terms or loans from excel files.

Reporting. Module generates all reports needed to mage the loans. Loans receivable at the given date. Loans payable at the given date. Grouping by currency or by counter-party. Filter by date, type, company etc. Custom-made reports are also availble.

Sync with bank statement. Download electronic bank statement and upload to the System to syncronise or reconcile repayments.

Document attachment. Drag-and-drop supporting documents directly from your desktop to loan record. Control un-documented transactions with special report.

Progress control. List of loans shows a gauge for completion of each loan. It can reflect the stage and amount due.

Set alarms. Add scheduled alarms to notify users bout any actions to be made for each loan. Notifications can be received via SMS or emails.

Clone loans. You can clone any loan to experiment with or to save time on creating similar loans.
